Moreover, voters should be given the right to file complaints concerning violations of the Election Code by campaigners, election officials, public servants, politicians, etc., in particular those that directly affect them (e.g. intimidation, vote buying, denial of the right to vote etc.) as well as the right to lodge complaints and appeals on the adoption and implementation of CEC instructions and other CEC decisions and actions.
