Issues that are not to be subjected to republican referendum
To republican referendum may not be subjected the following issues:
regarding the taxes and budget;
regarding the act of pardon and amnesty
regarding extraordinary or emergency measures necessary to ensure the public order, health and security of the population;
regarding the election, appointing, dismissal of persons to/from certain positions, which lie with the competence of the Parliament, President and the Government of the Republic of Moldova;
which fall under the competence of the prosecution authorities and courts.
