Then, the Article 54.5 reads: “Before the voter introduces the voting ballot into the box, the latter will tear off the ballot’s counterfoil, whereas one of the members of the polling station’s electoral office, who will always stand next to the box, will apply on the other side of the ballot and of the counterfoil the special stamp of the polling station’s electoral office.”
