With a prison sentence of up to three years for a criminal offence shall be punished a member of the Republic Electoral Commission, or a member of the polling board, or any person who, in the course of doing his duties concerning the election of representatives changes the number of votes by adding or taking away ballots, or votes during the counting of ballots, or who publishes results of voting inconsistent with the outcome of the voting carried out.
