Ballot papers and election envelopes in local elections
1. For the purposes of Section 70.1 of this Act Judicial District Electoral Commissions shall be the Electoral Commissions with jurisdiction in local elections.
2. Ballot papers for the election of local councillors mustl contain the data set out in Section 172.2 of this Act.
