Article 7

A ballot paper is invalid if it

1. does not have a party denomination,
2. has more than one party denomination, or
3. has marks that have obviously been made intentionally.

If there is more than one ballot paper in a vote envelope they are invalid. However, if the envelope contains several ballot papers and all have the same party denomination, one ballot paper shall be counted as valid. If the ballot papers are different in such a case, as regards candidate names or
specific personal votes, the names on the ballot papers shall be deemed to be non-existent.
