(Restriction on Contribution by Third Persons)

A person, even though not provided for in Article 113 or 114, shall not make, or have another make contributions to a candidate (including a person
who intends to be a candidate; hereafter the same shall apply in this Article) or political party (including the preparatory committee for formation of a new
political party; hereafter the same shall apply in this Article) to which he/she belongs, in connection with an election. In such cases, making contributions
by disclosing the name of the candidate or political party to which he/she belongs or in the manner as presumable that the candidate or the political
party to which he/she belongs makes a contribution, shall be considered as a contribution act for the candidate or political party in connection with the
election.
