(Corrupt Practices for Unlawful Use of Broadcasts or Newspapers)

(1) Any person who violates the provisions of Article 97 (1) and (3) shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than five years
or by a fine not exceeding ten million won.

(2) Any person who violates the provision of Article 97 (2) shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than seven years or by a
fine not exceeding 20 million won.
