(Interference with Freedom of Election by Military Personnel)
If a military serviceman (including a civilian belonging to the military investigation agency) commits any act provided in the subparagraphs of Article 237 (1), or interferes with or makes another person interfere with the exercise of a voting franchise of any military serviceman or civilian under his/her influence, by assault, threat, or another way, to make a certain candidate elected or not to be elected, he/she shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than one year nor more than ten years and a suspension of qualification for not more than five years.
