Article 253
 

(False Indication of Names, etc.)


Any person who communicates by means of mail, telegram, telephone, or other ways of telecommunication, with a name, denomination, or status
contrary to the truth, with the intention of getting elected or getting another person to be or not to be elected, shall be punished by imprisonment with
prison labor for not more than three years or by a fine not exceeding six million won.
