(Unlawful Disbursement, etc. of Election Expenses)

(1) Any person who falls under any one of the following cases shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than five years
or by a fine not exceeding 20 million won:

1. Where a political party, candidate, election campaign manager, chief of the election campaign liaison office, accountant in charge, or assistant
in financial affairs disburses the election expenses in excess of 1/200 of the restricted amount of election expenses announced publicly under Article 122;
