(Instigation of Election Offense)
Any person who instigates another person to commit the crime (excluding any crime related with the intra-party competition) provided for in Articles 230
through 235 and 237 by means of a speech, poster, newspaper, or any other means, shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more
than three years or by a fine not exceeding six million won.
