(Invalidity of Election due to Election Crimes of Elected Persons)

If an elected person is sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor or a fine exceeding one million won on account of committing the crime provided for in this Act or the crime provided for in Article 49 of the Political Funds Act in the election concerned, his/her election shall become invalidated.
