(Jurisdiction of Trial)

The first trial on an election criminal and his/her accomplice shall be under the jurisdiction of the collegiate division of the district court or its branch
court under Article 32 (1) of the Court Organization Act: Provided, That the first trial on an election criminal and his/her accomplice who are under
jurisdiction of the military court shall be under the jurisdiction of the ordinary military court under Article 11 of the Military Court Act.
