J. Election commissions 


Article 13 of the draft law provides that elections are administered by the CEC, TECs, which are determined by the CEC for the territory covered by Bishkek and Osh cities and the rayons, and precinct election commissions (PECs). In the 2011 presidential election, the CEC established 58 TECs and 2,318 PECs were established by the TECs.[1]
