M. Campaign Financing
As under existing law, the draft law requires candidates and parties participating in elections to submit reports to the CEC on their funds and expenditures 10 days after the elections (Article 65(19)). OSCE/ODIHR election observation mission reports have noted that the CEC, by its regulations, has required an additional report 10 days before election day.[1] The OSCE/ODIHR and the Venice Commission recommend that the requirement of an additional report prior to election day be included in the draft law.
