C. Election Commissions

In another positive step to improve transparency, Article 35(5) mandates that any decision of a commission be publicly available on the information stand of the commission no later than the morning after the day it was adopted. The information stand of a commission must be placed in the commission premises in an area that is freely accessible to the public. It is recommended to include a requirement that all decisions also be posted on the CEC website.
