D. Voter Lists

Article 42.2 of the parliamentary electoral law provides that any change or adjustment to the voter lists on election day must be made on the basis of a court judgment. Under Article 42.7, PECs may only correct inaccuracies related to misspelled names, errors in the date of birth, number of the building or apartment provided that it is obvious that the person on the list is the same one who has come to vote.
