C. Is the revision procedure in conformity with European rules and standards?
On the conformity with the democratic principles

This assertion is not correct in the light of a comparative review of the European procedures of constitutional amendment.17 Only very few other Constitutions of the world possess such a requirement.18 It can thus not be held to constitute a democratic minimum.
