33.1. The Institute is located in the Federal District and exercises its functions in the entire national territory according to the following structure: General Law on Electoral Institutions and Procedures of Mexico 30 a) 32 delegations, one in each state; 3 b) 300 sub-delegations, one in each single-member electoral district.

33.2. The Institute can also have municipal of f ces in the places where the General Council decides on their installation.
