Article 201
 

201.1. Based on article 41 of the Constitution, and to ensure the professional performance of the activities of the Institute and of the Local Public Bodies, through the competent Executive Directorate, the organization and functioning of the National Professional Electoral Service will be regulated.


201.2. The objectivity and the impartiality that in the terms of the Constitution guide the state responsibility of organizing the elections will be the principles for the training of the members of the service.


201.3. The organization of the service will be governed by the regulations established by this Law and by those of the Statute approved by the General Council.


201.4. The General Executive Board will prepare the draft Statute, which will be submitted to the General Council by the Executive Secretary for its approval.


201.5. The Statute will develop, specify and regulate the normative basis mentioned in this Title.
