373.1. The account referred to in article 368, paragraph 5, of this law will be used for the management of the resources to obtain citizen support and, where applicable, of the electoral campaign.

373.2. The account will be used from the start of the activities aiming to obtain citizen support and until the conclusion of the electoral campaign and afterwards exclusively to cover the contracted debts and other expenditures. Its cancellation should be carried out once the procedures corresponding to the auditing unit of the Institute have been concluded.
