412.1. The set of Independent Candidates, according to the type of election, will access radio and television as a newly registered political party, only in the percentage that is distributed equally among the political parties, in terms of the provisions of the Constitution.
412.2. The Independent Candidates will only have access to radio and television during the electoral campaign.
