Article 2
 

2.1. In relation to the political parties, the following are political-electoral rights of the Mexican citizens:


a) To associate or assemble peacefully in order to partake in the political affairs of the country;


b) To affiliate freely and individually with the political parties, and


c) To vote and to be elected for all elective off ces through the internal processes of candidate selection and election of leaders, provided that they have the qualities established by the law and the statutes of each political party.
