For each electoral district a list of the committees with their members shall be drawn.

The chairman of the district electoral committee sends a copy of the list to the governor of the province or a public officer the governor appointed. The governor of the province or the public officer takes the necessary steps for a public consultation.

In the electoral districts of Fourons and Comines-Warneton however, the copy of the list mention end in sentence 1st is sent to the commissioner of the municipality of Tongres and Mouscron respectively. Those take the necessary steps for a public consultation.

The chairman of the district electoral committee sends copies of this list to all the persons having made a request at least two weeks before the elections. The price of these copies is fixed by a royal decree and shall not exceed 2,5 euros.
