The head or his delegate reprehend those who publicly show signs of approval or disapproval or create a tumult of any kind in the polling station. If they continue, the chairman or his delegate may expulse them from the premises exempt for the casting of their vote.
The eviction order is recorded in the protocol and the delinquents shall be punished by a fine of 50 to 500 euros.
