(Amended, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) The masters of any navigation vessels flying the Bulgarian flag, which leave Bulgaria before the opening of the polls, shall take delivery of the election stationery and materials covered under Article 215 (1) herein from the constituency election commission exercising jurisdiction over the location of the ship not later than 20:00 hours on the day before polling day.
