(1) The removal of the ballot boxes, the electoral rolls and the ballots from the polling site after the acceptance of the said stationery and materials by the section election commission on the day before polling day, while the voting and the counting of the votes and the preferences are in progress, shall be prohibited.

(2) Mobile section election commissions may remove the stationery and materials from the premise referred to in Article 8 (3) herein for voting by means of mobile ballot boxes.

(3) The removal of ballots by voters from the polling site shall be prohibited.
