(1) Voting district committees shall inspect and seal ballot boxes before voting opens. Ballot boxes sealed before the start of advance voting shall be used for advance voting only. (2) The opening of a ballot box shall be covered. It shall be opened only to deposit a ballot paper in the box. (3) After the close of voting on advance voting days, the voting district committee shall seal the opening of the ballot box used for advance voting.
