The municipal election commission shall ensure to each voter who is a Bulgarian national or a national of another Member State of the European Union, enjoying a durable or permanent residence status, searchability of the list referred to in Article 416 (2) herein by Standard Public Registry Number or Personal Number, including by means of a free-of-charge telephone number.
