The lists of candidates for whom votes may be cast shall be printed on one side of the ballot paper used in the election, with the name of the province and the signature of the presiding officer of the provincial council on the other.
A model ballot paper shall be established by ministerial order.
The presiding officer shall ensure that the requisite number of ballot papers are available in the assembly before the start of voting.
