(1) Any person, who or which violates the provisions of Article 204 (3) or Article 205 herein, shall be liable to a fine or a pecuniary penalty of BGN 2,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 5,000.
(2) Any repeated violation under Paragraph (1) shall be punishable by a fine or a pecuniary penalty of BGN 5,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 10,000.
