Where the aggregate amount of the financing referred to in Article 165 herein is exceeded, where the prohibitions referred to in Article 168 herein are breached, as well as where the requirement referred to in Article 170 (1) herein is breached, the person or persons referred to in Article 164 herein shall be liable to a fine of BGN 3,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 15,000.
