Upon receipt of any contribution from a natural person in excess of the permissible amount referred to in Article 167 (1) or (2) herein, or upon receipt of any things or services in violation of Article 167 (3) or (4) herein, the person or persons referred to in Article 164 herein shall be liable to a fine of BGN 2,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 10,000.
