(1) (Supplemented, SG No. 39/2016, effective 26.05.2016) Any media service provider, which fails to discharge a duty referred to in Article 180, Article 187 (1) or Article 198 (4) herein, shall be liable to a pecuniary penalty of BGN 2,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 5,000.

(2) Any repeated violation under Paragraph (1) shall be punishable by a pecuniary penalty of BGN 5,000 or exceeding this amount but not exceeding BGN 10,000.
