Any domestic public official, who delivers at the constituency election commission or the municipal election commission any tally sheet whereof the serial number mismatches the number as entered in the memorandum of delivery and acceptance of the election stationery referred to in Article 215 (4) herein or in the memorandum referred to in Article 274 (2) or Article 433 (2) herein, shall be liable to a fine of BGN 2,000.
