The chairperson of the central electoral committee shall appoint a replacement member to fill the vacancy resulting from the granting of temporary termination of membership as referred to in section Y 30a. Sections Y 25 to Y 27 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
Section X 12, subsections 2 and 3 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the replacement member.
