Penal provisions
Any municipal authority, electoral commission, pre-election election manager, or official that knowingly carries out the prescribed implementation of this Act in an unlawful manner or neglects such implementation will be subject to fines, unless another more severe penalty is prescribed under other provisions of this Act or under other acts.
