The Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs shall ensure that the voters’ cards referred to in Paragraph 4 of the Transitional Provisions of this Law are distributed to the regional offices of the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs between 22 September 2014 and 3 October 2014.
