§ 1 Whomever, in connection with the elections, collects signatures of support for the application to the list of candidates or a candidate, using any form of pressure aimed at obtaining such signatures - is subject to a fine in the amount of 1,000 to 10,000 zlotys.

§ 2 The same penalty shall apply to persons who collect signatures in support of the application to the lists of candidates or a candidate in military units or other organizational units under the authority of the Minister of Defense, or civil defense units, or units subordinated to the minister for internal affairs.

§ 3 Whomever gives or receives financial or personal benefit in exchange for collecting or signing the declaration a list of candidates or candidate - is subject to a fine from 10,000 to 50,000 zlotys.
