§ 1 The financial Representative of the election committee, who in connection with the election fails to prepare and submit, the electoral commissioner or the National Electoral Commission input on the sources of the funds and the funds expended or provide false statements in the financial report - shall be subject to a penalty of restriction of liberty or imprisonment up to 2 years

§ 2 The same penalty shall be applicable to anyone who prevents or hinders the implementation of the obligation to complement the preparation and submission to the electoral commissioner or the National Electoral Commission financial statements referred to in § 1

§ 3 If the person referred to in § 2 acts unintentionally - is subject to a fine.
