§ 1 Whomever, in connection with elections, obstructs or hinders the completion by the auditor his or her responsibilities in the preparation of an opinion or report on the financial statements - is subject to a penalty of restriction of liberty or imprisonment up to 2 years
§ 2 If the person referred to in § 1 acts unintentionally - is subject to a fine.
