Article 10a
 

1 The Federal Council shall continually inform persons eligible to vote about federal proposals to be submitted to the vote of the People.


2 In doing so, it shall comply with the principles of completeness, objectivity, transparency and proportionality.


3 It shall present the most important views represented in the parliamentary decision-making process.


4 It shall not make a recommendation on how to vote that diverges from the position of the Federal Assembly.
