Article 29

(1) Responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and the security of data processing in the Electoral Register is incumbent upon the Permanent Electoral Authority, the persons authorised and the persons empowered, referred to in Article 26.

(2) The data and information included in the Electoral Register are meant exclusively for the voting processes.
