(1) For the purpose of registering the nomination, every independent candidate shall submit personally, to the constituency electoral bureau, four files including the following: a) two original copies and two copies of the request to register his/her candidature, under his/her own signature, including the data referred to in Article 52 (10), while indicating the position for which (s)he runs; b) the documents referred to in points (b) to (e) of Article 53 (1).

(2) The files of candidature referred to in paragraph (1) shall be accompanied by an original copy of the list of supporters and a copy thereof.
