The ballot paper shall comprise:

 – the mark of the constituency,

 – instructions on how to vote,

 – the serial numbers and names of lists of candidates following the order from the roll of lists of candidates, as well as, with respect to every list, the serial numbers and names and surnames of the candidates.

 The voter shall vote by encircling the serial number of the list of candidates for which he/she votes. If he/she wishes to give a preferential vote to an individual candidate on the list, he/she shall encircle the number in front of the name and surname of the candidate to whom he/she gives the preferential vote.
