The amended constitution does not fix any rules, nor establish a hierarchy between Vice-Presidents. The duties and responsibilities of Vice-presidents shall be determined by the President alone, who will therefore, at least at some stage, choose which one is to exercise the special competences reserved for the time of presidential vacancy or temporary absence of the President by under Article 106(2)-(3).
