(1) The Directorate for Persons Record and Databases Management within the Ministry of Interior shall communicate to the Permanent Electoral Authority, according to the format and deadlines set by protocol, the data referred to in Article 33 (1) a) to j) and in Article 33 (3), the cases of people prohibited from exercising the electoral rights and the case of people declared legally incapable, updates of the personal data of the Romanian citizens with the right to vote and information concerning the deceased, respectively those with mentions of death, registered in the National Registry of Persons Record.

(2) The General Directorate for Passports within the Ministry of Interior shall communicate to the Permanent Electoral Authority, according to the format and deadlines set by protocol, the data referred to in Article 33 (2). (3) The National Authority for Citizenship shall communicate to the Permanent Electoral Authority, according to the format and deadlines set by protocol, the nominal records of the persons having lost their Romanian citizenship, as well as that of persons of over 18 years old, who have obtained Romanian citizenship.
