Article 117
 

Members of Community and Regional Parliaments are elected for a period of five years. Community and regional parliaments are fully renewed every five years.


The elections for the Community and Regional Parliaments take place on the same day and coincide with the elections for the European Parliament.


In execution of a law referred to in Article 118, § 2, paragraph 4, an order or rule referred to in Article 134, adopted in accordance with Article 118, § 2, paragraph 4, may derogate from paragraphs 1 and 2.
