(1) As of the day of adoption of the decision for calling elections, the competing political parties shall sign a Code on Fair and Democratic Elections.
(2) With paragraph (1) of the Code the electoral contestants shall unambiguously commit that they will not exert any pressure or attempt pressure over the employees in the public and state administration, in other institutions or establishments financed by the Budget of Republic of Macedonia, the budgets of the municipalities and City of Skopje, as well as in the trade companies and enterprises with state capital.
(3) With paragraph (1) of the Code the electoral contestants shall also unambiguously commit that no employee or citizen shall be subject to any threat whatsoever as regards their employment and social security as a result of their support or lack thereof for any political party or candidate.
